The adoption and implementation of NG911 in Kentucky has increased the importance of 911 GIS data. Although this is a good thing, it does also increase the complexity of building and maintaining the data properly. This presentation will cover some of the requirements, concepts, and processes related to address points with a particular focus on sub-addresses.
